Andrew grows most of the cereals we mill on his Organic farm at Stow Bridge and works with us with our Plough to Plate courses, training and schools.
We use the Barnard family’s own reared pork, beef and lamb in the Teashop and for our evening meals. Collaboration has produced Spelt products including sausages, scotch eggs and sausage rolls and we hope to be retailing a range of their products in the shop soon.
This is the site for anyone who understands what real bread really is!
