Foundation Course in Bread Making
This course caters for complete novices and beginners and teaches the science behind bread making giving you the confidence to trouble shoot problems and try out new flours. The course also includes a session on using traditional flours and a tour of the Mill. You will make two loaves of bread during the day using dressed and wholemeal flours.
